I visit store 2765 once a week and am always greeted by Gerald who knows everything about the store. I just ask him and he tells me and my friend where things are displayed. I love going to Tesco because I can find what I need without any struggle.

I visited your Stratford upon Avon store this morning. I found Shannon particularly helpful as she packed my bags while I went to fetch a forgotten item. Se even came round to put them in the trolley. Thank you.

Liam was very friendly and

Liam was very friendly and helpful. He really went the extra mile in helping me find some spare cardboard boxes to help me move. Normally they get scrapped straight after use, but he kept some aside the day after I came into the New Street Metro store looking for some and they were ready for my collection when I came back. Thanks Liam, much appreciated!

I always enjoy shopping @

I always enjoy shopping @ Tesco but lately I have had trouble shopping the turbo on my car has gone & I can’t get very far, But fortunately today my neighbour was able to take me shopping so I thought I would do a larger shop. I was to busy trying to find Marmite that I forgot tomato juice & I still couldn’t find the Marmite I am awaiting for a spinal operation soon so I was in to much pain to shop anymore & on this occasion I could not find a staff member to ask. The store has had a move around & I found Bovril but not Marmite could you please let me know where they put the Marmite for the next time I shop Tesco Extra Consett.
Many thanks Bill

I love Tesco, always have,

I love Tesco, always have, but I do find shopping at Tesco much harder these days as all the larger stores have gone so getting a weekly shop is now very difficult. Your little metro stores which have sprung up all over the place is great for the odd items you have runout of, like the curry sauce I forgot a few days before, but it is not possible to get a weekly shop in them as the variety is just not there. Until I moved to Torbay I always shopped at the large Tesco where I lived and I miss the opportunity of doing that now, These days I have to shop where-ever I can which is not convenient at all. I loved Tesco shopping as you had such a variety and suit everyones budget as your prices for each item varies from the expensive to the cheap, and the cheap, (like my 30p curry sauce the other day), is always very good so you suit every-ones budget. My nearest large Tesco is Newton Abbott which unfortunately is a long way for me to go and to get everything back as I have to use the bus and whilst it is a lovely store to look around, especially home and clothing which is upstairs, the downstaires containing the food hall is not so good as there is not the choice in this store that I have experienced in other towns, too much of the same item ie: loads of one brand and not a mixture of dearer and cheaper items to choose from so I find I need to go to other supermarkets to complete my weekly shop. Congratulations on the larger shops I have shopped in when I lived in Weston-Super-Mare and the Isle of Wight, the choice in both of those stores is amazing and makes shoppping enjoyable but unfortunately not good for my bank balance!

Thanks to Fay on the Customer

Thanks to Fay on the Customer Service Desk at Midsomer Norton. She was friendly and helpful, going out of her way to solve my problem.

Also I noticed how all the Tesco staff were helpful to each other, in order to help the customers. Another reason Tesco is my favourite store, I have been a customer of Tesco since the 1960s and I still think Tesco is best.
