How to participate in the survey?

Go on the survey landing page Fedex.com/welisten.
Select your language, either English or Spanish, and then click on “Next” to go on the next page.
Read the privacy policy first and click on the “Next>” button.
Answer the questions from the available options one by one to complete the survey.
Enter the transaction number that printed on your receipt directly beneath the barcode

Upon completion of the survey, you will receive a validation code for 5% off your next purchase of $30 or more on any print order. You can print off and redeem the coupon at the time of your next purchase.
